An interesting and exciting opportunity has arisen for a float legal secretary to work for my client across all of its offices and all of its departments on a full time, permanent basis. Within this role, you will provide secretarial support and assistance to fee earners across all departments within the firm on a floating basis. You will play a vital role within the firm, offering your services as and where needed throughout the firm, helping them achieve success as well as working to their very high standards. Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to: - Audio copy typing - Liaising with a range of clients - Liaising with a variety of levels of staff throughout the firm - Preparing and formatting documents - Diary management - Key admin tasks In order to be considered, you must: - Have previous experience working across at least 2 or more different departments of law - Have excellent attention to detail - Be a highly flexible candidate with the ability to take on tasks on a range of matters - Be willing to work in the firm’s various offices - Be willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues Click the apply now button to find out more.
