I am currently recruiting on behalf of a UK Top 100 commercial law firm for a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Leeds office.

They are a supportive firm with a depth of skills and is one of the ten firms that act for the NHS Resolution, putting them at the heart of claims and complaints brought against the NHS. This impressive Clinical Negligence team is highly regarded for their work acting on behalf of the NHSR and NHS Trusts and in the defence of clinical negligence cases.
This Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor role is open to candidates with circa 1-3 PQE although candidates outside of this will be considered. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Management of a full caseload of litigated and pre-litigated matters for NHSR and Insurers
- Development of relationships with NHSR/Insurer and Trust/Insured clients
- Supporting the Partners, Senior Associates and Associates with business development and projects
