Employment Solicitor My well established client have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality employment advice to a broad client base in particular including schools and academies. This opportunity will suit a fairly recently qualified employment solicitor or legal executive at the start of your career. You will be advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law (although will not be expected to conduct your own advocacy). This role will involve both respondent and claimant work, in particular supporting a number of schools across the South West region. Your experience should include advising on any of the following: - TUPE - corporate support - drafting employment contracts & handbooks - gross misconduct - whilst-blowing matters - Tribunal work - unfair dismissal Employment solicitors with at least one or two years PQE are encouraged to apply. However, solicitors who have more or less experience are also invited to apply if you have relevant employment law experience.
