Retained Search and Selection
G2 Legal has a large in-house database that is well researched and developed by our team of excellent consultants. They work intimately with clients to determine their needs, and successfully select the best candidates for consideration. This service is normally offered when recruiting at senior level.

Search activity allows G2 Legal to present lawyers with your opportunities in complete confidence.

If you are starting up a new division and need to appoint a Senior Lawyer or Partner then Retained Search is probably the most discrete and most productive way to appoint at senior level.

G2 Legal undertakes Search and Selection by charging a nominal upfront fee equivalent to 5% of the estimated starting salary. We will then undertake the search exercise and first line interview candidates on your behalf for their suitability. A short list of recommended candidates will then be presented to you together with a summary from G2 Legal. At this stage we would arrange formal interviews either at any of our regional offices or at the clients' offices. Upon completion of the opportunity, we would then invoice you with the balance of fees due.

We can extend and improve this facility by combining Search and Selection with advertising. We manage the entire process, presenting the client with a comprehensive shortlist of superior candidates.
