If you advertise directly you pay upfront for the advertisement and are offered no guarantee that any prospective applicants will appear. Indeed, your advertisement merely draws the attention of recruitment companies offering you their candidates.

If you enlist the help of recruitment companies, you only pay upon successful placement but are competing with numerous other firms all considering the same applicants.

In the end, you can be left nursing an expensive advertisement bill and high recruitment agency fees on top.

  • Depending on the number of positions you are trying to fill and the media you are advertising in, G2 Legal have devised a recruiting method by which your advertising costs are eliminated if your campaign is successful.
